After living all over Europe and being Portuguese from the Azores, Marco followed his dream of studying in Los Angeles, where he visited for the first time when he was 19 and promised to be back. 15 years ago, Marco was accepted into a couple massage schools where he successfully completed his massage therapist certification. His specialty techniques consist of, but not limited to Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Thai, and Deep Tissue. Marco was then offered an opportunity to work with a chiropractor where he immediately started with hands on therapy. With his career expanding over 13 years at Max Health Beverly Hills his body of work grew within the knowledge he gained working with diverse diagnoses; such as, athletes, pi cases, terminal diseases, accidents, routine maintenance, and within various age groups. During this time Marco also took on another chiropractor’s office where he became the soft-tissue specialist in both establishments. Marco’s bubbly, friendly personality, and quick sense of humor always helps clients to feel at ease with any development in their health. His experience and knowledge of physiology and anatomy helped him to become one of most sought out massage therapist.
